It looks good. I just downloaded it on my only Android device (running Andorid 3.2) but unfortunately the game doesn't run on it.

It should run based on your OS requirements from the maker of the game. Your hardware also seems to be good enough to run it. That is odd. Have you contacted the developer to see if they know of particular issue with the Huawei tablets?

Let me know what they say. Almost 2½ month later and not a peep. I guess they don't care.

There are physical home versions of this now: you can buy ones that run on quarters for as an arcade unit (yes, an arcade machine, made by an independent company!) and a console that runs the game through your computer. I'd definitely give the video a watch when you have nearly 12 minutes to spare. That's a pretty cool arcade-like console with the buttons and all (for two players at once!), and the self-destruct one is quite amusing It also looks like the same Asteroids font was used for the score and all.

Funny to run across a live stream video of this today.
Not watching the whole thing but it's cool to see. Guy was wrong stating that you start the game over at the very beginning each time, not like choosing level 20 like...on Defender? No, you always started on level 1 on Defender! Granted, he was trying to play while talking so I'll let that one go (I guess).
Unfortunately the company may be gone, as their original web site is now something else entirely that seems to be in regards to some Japanese brand of glasses or something. A comment said they tried to get one of the actual Gravitrex machines but they only made a few, which is a shame. Well, at least the game's on Steam.
