Highscore list has been updated. VectorX, Chainsaw, and I (hcmffm) have qualified. The many score submissions completely changed the highscore list: #1 VectorX #2 Chainsaw #3 50tbrd ____ VectorX : Congrats to your excellent Cosmic Chasm highscore! That one will be hard to beat. Malban: A Spinball score of more than 400.000. Looks like you just love the game.

^Thanks, but I think I can do better. In addition I had a decent Y.A.S.I. score but my 5 year old record of more than 12.000 points reappeared instead of my today's record. :/ I've reset the highscores of Y.A.S.I. & Protector, now. Yeah I did the same. Once I beat my score then I can do a shot of that too. I was doing real well but then choked and lost several bases during one level on my current submitted score.

Ok. My wrist hurts from Joystick wielding. I will pause for now. Karl Quappe - a personal best: 51560 Solar Quest : 273650 RipOff: 4560 This game feels "random" - Higher scores are certainly possible - but is there anything to "learn" or to "master"? To me this game is random... I used a digital joytick this time arround. Is this Ok - or should I play again with a "normal" vectrex one. (My hands needed something different.) So - I think I should be qualified now... Malban

After becoming very angry with spinball (hating now this game) I also noticed that I forgot everything about Polar Rescue that I learned last year, but I post this score anyway, even if it is a low score... Trying better score tomorrow, today I was too tired... PS: Malban now when you mention Rip Off: I never tried to find out, if there is a pattern how the enemies are appearing. I only know that it will be faster every bonus level, and enemies trying to shot at you from longer distances. If somebody finds out something, it would be interesting to share that information later / after Vector War. Polar Rescue: 14100

OK, here's a few scores, baby steps, most of these games I've never actually played before :-) Having not managed my own web site for years, I forgot how much hassle it is to put pictures on the web. Cosmic Chasm 5,130 Web Wars 8 Trophies Rip Off 1,420

I've played more. Like Chainsaw I completely forgot how to play Polar Rescue and even looked up in the game manual to understand the instruments and the game play. Scores in the screenshots are a bit hard to read; I'll try to do better in the next round of playing. Cosmic Chasm: 22000 Fortress of Narzod: 11700 Polar Rescue: 18000 Rip Off: 3120 StarFire: 1765

Highscore list has been updated. Malban has qualified and took the lead. Current ranking: #1 Malban (97.8%) #2 Chainsaw (90.6%) #3 VectorX (82.5%) ____ jbrodack : Another known Vector Warrior - great! Malban : Vector War is supposed to be played with original hardware; see "Gaming Rules" in the original post. Nevertheless I've added your two scores to the highscore list assuming that everyone agrees. D-Type : Could you fixed your Vectrex console, already? If yes, this was very quick. Until now, your screenshots aren't visible. nexus6 : Welcome to the Vector War! I wonder when coleco1981 will join in - he intended to participate.

Well the back of the Vectrex is off and the scope is fired up, but when I started poking around it started working sometimes, so I thought I'd get in at least some scores before ripping the guts out of the unit.
Blooming web hosting... Will fix tomorrow.
