Found this last night on the Chrome web store when I was bored.
Here's a modern day Marble Madness but without the humor. You control a perpetual happy face (bleah! It seems a bit eerie to have this frozen smile on him) rolling its way through 30 levels.
Levels start off simple, then more and more stuff gets added, such as teleports to get you to places you can't reach, ramps, the occasional leap of faith in order to try to make your way through a level, levers that will push you off into oblivion and giant cog wheels.
At each 10 levels you will meet a giant boss that's about 2 1/2 times your size; all you can do is influence it to roll off a screen edge so you'll start the next section.
Controls are a little squirrely but that'd make the game too easy, of course. Strange how I whipped through several levels in the second area without barely a hitch but then I got stuck on the second to last one for a bit.
I'm 2/3 of the way through the game already and it's fairly good. It also has an extra on the main menu called "boss". That's the only area that actually has a score, which is another complaint about this game, is that you don't have that, nor time it took for you to get through a level. (I also didn't realize for quite a while I was going through several levels, as there's hardly a fanfare or anything to let you know you just finished one [although you usually have to roll over a red dot to end a level].) I'm not sure if after killing a certain number of bosses it will switch to another level or what, as I tried rolling off edges several times towards a bounce pad or whatever and I ended up just dying in a pool of lava.
Here's a brief promo video, but it doesn't really show enough of the gameplay, if you ask me.
