My Vectrex is dead, I don't like to sent it back to the seller for repair, as the issue arised during transportation... no life sign. I checked the transformer and it works, but no power after the on/off switch.
Any suggestion? Is there someone in Italy that could repair it? Thank you very much!

I only know someone in the US who repairs them. Sorry that happened with the system.

Presuming the item was insured, you can file a claim with the shipping carrier and receive a refund. However, if it was only insured up to $100, you'll only receive $100.

Hi, I'm not very technically minded when it comes to the Vectrex but did you leave the on/off switch in the 'on' position and turn it on at the power point instead?
One of my Vectri won't turn on at the on/off switch but when I turn in on the the power pint on the wall it works.
Just a quick suggestion in case you haven't tried it yet.
Did the seller pack it sufficiently well? As similar things have happened to me with consoles from overseas and maybe if it wasn't up to scratch packing wise, then at least you might be able to at least get a partial refund.
I know it's really annoying when these things happen.
Cheers,
