My mom's birthday was several days ago with mine to follow soon. Due to that and my taking care of my sister's cats when she was out of town recently, she took us out to eat tonight (back to the place I mentioned in that thread a few weeks ago that is kid- and dog-friendly).
She got mom a puzzle in regards to 80s stuff. Looks like it'll be a b*tch with it being 1000 pieces and a lot of little things in it. It's got Magnum PI, Diff'rent Strokes (um, that came out in 1978), an Apple Macintosh, Suzanna of The Bangles, Madonna...Aqua Net hair spray? I'm pretty sure mom was using that in the 70s.
Anyway, it also has a good rendition of the Atari 2600, including a joystick and a set of paddles, Donkey Kong's first level and the side of a Frogger arcade unit. No Vectrex though. (I'm sure it would've made it if there was an 80s gaming puzzle.)
Look for a White Mountain 80s puzzle if anyone's interested. Pretty cool, even though Aqua Net needs to be replaced with the Vectrex.

Decided to do a search for it...here it is! www.puzzlewarehouse.com/The-Eighties-868pz.htmlBelow's the gaming stuff if you can't spot it: {Spoiler}Atari 2600 (bottom slightly left of center, about three rows up)
Donkey Kong (top right corner, four rows down right next to Suzanna of The Bangles)
Frogger (hard to see; start at bottom right corner, go four rows up and about three left, right next to the Miami Vice guys)
