These carts look beautiful! Do you know if these fit around the Vectrex 72 Game Multicarts? And do you have a limited amount of stock? I have not tried to fit the 72 game multicart yes. But from the description, and from the pictures I have seen of the bare board and the holes, I would assume it would fit. Yes, the amount I have is limited. Currently I about 110 are left.

If the that multicart fits the grey reproduction shell, then it should fit into the blue shell. As with any other modern title there may be different versions of the cart. It is best to obtain a shell and try it out with the 72 Game Multicart and its hardware variants to be sure.

FYI, the trio of jumper multicarts (as shown near the bottom of this page retroblast.arcadecontrols.com/reviews/Vectrex-12062006-01.html ) don't quite fit. One of the internal shell standoffs interferes with the jumpers. Just a bit. I'm tempted to snip the posts on 3 of the 4 shells I bought...but I also don't want to hack a nice product... Dilemma!!! =O -Jason

Reaching the end of the blue cart shell stock.
1 left on eBay. 20 left from a previous soft commit that did not complete.
After they are gone there will be no more for at least 5 years, if ever. Get them while you can,

Those are good looking cases. I was wondering why blue was the chosen color? Have you made any other colors? Would you ever consider making color cases for other systems?
Thanks.

The green and red are eye catching. Nothing like an original Vectrex game cart case but still good to see some color options.

Easiest colors to obtain during the production run. I 'll have to thank Sean Kelly for the use of the mold as well. While it would be fun to entertain making cases for other platforms they are not really my thing. Plus the mold costs + production costs probably would not be work it for me to put in the time. Except perhaps for the Virtual Boy. But someone else is already addressing the game cart case needs for that platform.

Thanks for letting me know. That is good to know about the Virtual Boy. I do not own one but still like the idea that the system is getting attention. Thanks again.

Thanks for making these Chris! Glad I got one while they were still available.
The VecMulti fits perfectly in your blue SK-molded repros. Holes and studs are perfectly centered. Compared with a vintage GCE cart - the VecMulti also fits, but less perfectly. The upper posts are at the very top are not centered like in the SK. They barely fit pressed against the upper-most part of the PCB holes. If Richard's holes were not slightly oversized, some shaving at the the upper edge of the top holes would be required. (I'm only talking a few mils.)
So in a way, the SK carts have become 'more standard' than the GCE carts.
