That'd be my guess. It doesn't look like anything from back in the day.

The 'Micro- Handler' arrived today. The name couldn't be more inaccurate... it's a big bugger. I'm really pleasantly surprised with it. It's not home built as it's got a quality control sticker on the base. The stick and buttons have a quality feel and I can play Kaboom without farting about with swapping joysticks. It doesn't support the paddle function on Astrosmash though (that's the game you can use stick or paddles). 9.5/10 I reckon.

Interesting, how does it work with paddle games, I wonder?

Interesting, how does it work with paddle games, I wonder? It's alright. As I mentioned - it doesn't work with Astrosmash, but Kaboom and Solar Storm (I think they're the only other paddle games I've got...) is spot on.

Well I mean I wonder if it had some kind of specific programming done to it to "accept" those games (I know in an old Atari Age mag it was explained that the trackball wasn't programmed for everything, so therefore it couldn't be used for everything).

Ah. I see. Pass. Bit too technical for me. And when I wrote Astrosmash I meant Astroblast.

Ah well, Astroblast is the Intellivision port of Astrosmash, so that's close enough So close, I didn't even notice it!
