There were a bunch of signed copies on ebay. Someone snatched them up and bumped up the prices when they relisted them 2 weeks later. Its an oddity but I'd be more interested in the signed and numbered original release with the Intellivision cartridge shell.

Roland, I understand your disappointment. Yes, there is a minor impact in the box. I agree. But as I told you the LightPen you received was like new. It wasn't the case for the other one I have had at the moment. It's unfair to say to others I wasn't cooperative. You didn"t ask me anything and didn't reply to my last message. By the way, the price you paid for was good.

Fact is you sent me detailed pictures of a game in very good shape and I recieved a different box in decent shape. True or False? Yes, I was disappointed and told you so. You didnt offer me anything like a refund or an exchange but started to talk about the shape of the lightpen. Yes I didnt bother to contact you again. I think its the responsibilty of the seller to deliver as promised. Thats all I have to say to this matter. Maybe it was wrong to make private matters public. If you want to discuss this any further feel free to contact me via Pn or email.

For me, the both were in a good shape. For sure, the only difference was about the minor impact I didn't see you before you sent the picture. I just didn't notice it before. Again, maybe I'm wrong, the both box are really in the same shape, I just choice the one I sent to you because the LightPen was in a better shape. I'm really sorry you're disappointed. I just told you something like "ok, there is an impact, sorry for that but you have a Lightpen in a better shape" so, it was equal for me. But I'm wrong 'cause you wanted something different. You have to know I'm not an official seller. I'm a collector as a lot of people here. But, you're right, I have to deliver as promised. That I did every time (check my ebay score or on a another huge retro videogame forum) except with you as I explained here again. Again, sorry for that. Attachments:

fmml. Did you trade outside of ebay? Either way you are entitled to get the exact item you bid upon. Whether the item that turned up was better or worse than the one you were expecting is irrelevant.

I am sorry Pascal, but I have been following your sales on "ebay", "le bon coin", "gamopat" etc, and I don't have the impress you are an occasional seller. You collect items and resell them by using different seller names. I would rather say it is a business  |

In my opinion those signed carts are not worth the price. That's only business. I wish collectors had seen no interest in such sales. |

i will explain sj : Rapetou was my cat's name which is dead ( I loved it much) . Rapetou is the French Disney names of the 3 thieves who steal Uncle Scruge in vain. Rapetou means "steal everything" so the bad "play on words" and insinuation of Gamotek
