I have a few custom controllers that I made for the Vectrex which I wanted to offer for sale as an inexpensive alternative. I have 2 digital arcade sticks, 1 mini-LRTF controller (similar to the Starblast) and 1 modified WICO bat. -2 Arcade sticks. $45 each includes shipping to continental US. Will make custom sticker for the top fascia. -1 Mini-LRTF controller. $30 includes shipping to the continental US. Will make custom sticker for the top fascia. -1 modified WICO bat. $25 includes shipping to the continental US. Will paint black if desired. Not the best solution for a controller, more of an oddity. Digital of course. Also, if anyone is interested I have 2 Tandy 1000 Joysticks NOS with boxes (single button). $15 each or $25 for the pair. No. 26-3012B.

I'd be interested in the Tandy controllers. .. Were those not suitable for the mods you were doing?
.. Also along these lines, I was wondering if you ever messed with Wii Nunchuck controllers before, if those are something you think migt be easy enouph to adapt?

I had some weird movement issues but they did work.I still would like to figure it out so that is a solution as well. I bought several of them but just thought it was a shame to do anything to the NOS ones.
There was someone who had Wii nunchucks figured out and it was supposed to be a pretty inexpensive solution but I'll let them speak for that project. Their solution is much more trick than mine would ever be.

Here are pictures of the Tandy Controllers. They include both pieces of foam and the protective bag. Boxes - I'd consider Good to Very good. Very slightly worn around a few edges. They use a 6 pin connector. Darrin9999 has claimed the Arcade Stick with the rectangular button layout (pictured on the right side).

Everything except one of the arcade sticks is still available. They'll be gone in a second if I list them on eBay.

I'd have to add to the price to compensate for shipping and I would make the price more expensive than Madtronix' arcade stick.

I'm glad. I liked making it for you. Thought I'd throw in the overlay because the process took a little longer than I'd like. I'd like to give you guys the overlay design I used to make the controller overlay. It is made for a standard 8x6x3 Project Box/Hobby box which is available at Radio Shack. This is a new reproduction of the original artwork and isn't based on anyone else's previous work. Feel free to use this file to finish your own homemade controllers but please do not use it for commercial purposes. Arcade Controller-Overlay 2.pdf (22.03 KB) As a PDF, you can move around the numbers to suit your button layout or alter the text so it says "Made by XXX". I used it to make a sticker for the back of the controller that states the button layout.

Tandy controllers and the other Arcade stick are gone. Which leave just the Mini LRTF and the WICO bat.
