It's a Classic Game Creations Custom cart. It's what ever was provided to John Donzila.
Best thing is to do an Internet search for rom/bin for Tsunami and see what's available as that's probably where they got the file.
Don't pay a lot for it because Packrat could do the same now for 15 bucks, and if not you could just make yoir own dedicated cart for around 15 bucks.

It's a Classic Game Creations Custom cart. It's what ever was provided to John Donzila. It's an original "John Donzila" cartridge but not the "real" original. The original cartridge is Tsunami/Vix by Christopher Tumber, see the Vectrex Wikia or Tony's The definitive guide to Vectrex collecting for more details.

By the way - whats the difference between the full and the free version? The full version is just that, it's the entire game. I think there were two free versions as I have the ROMs from somewhere. One of them didn't have sound and I think the other one was the "trainer" where you have several seconds to get through a level and then it automatically jumps to the next one or something like that. I forget what the deal was exactly. And it was either that ROM or the other one where the graphics didn't line up correctly where the enemies aren't at the end of the tube, they could appear over or in the middle of them. In other words, I wouldn't buy it. Chris Tumber never released the ROM to the full version of the game. I think the only full free release he did was for Omega Chase.
