Long time since my last walk by here. I am working as temporary computer teacher, far from my home and my loved vectrexs.. In these months I didn´t have a lot of time for surfing vectrex stuff; however, today I did a quest and found a Mr. Boston cartridge in eBay. www.ebay.com/itm/282023423097It is a new price record? Certainly way more expensive that other Mr. Boston, pointed by VECTREXER a pair of months ago. Money talk..

Mr. Broke-ston seems like a more appropriate name for it!

In the article description it says: PS: Auction has ended.

In the article description it says: PS: Auction has ended. Yes, that sounds more reasonable. My question is: Why are there so few? Around 4 o 5 cartridges are around the net... They were given to employees of Glenmore Distilleries by Xmas. But only 4 or 5 employees were awarded, then? I think it would be any more. It could be good to look for an old employee or manager of Glenmore D. and ask him about this old legend.

There are around 3-5 complete copies but there are probably a double digit number of cart only copies. There were 5 for sale a couple of months ago alone.

The number of complete and totally undamaged is probably less than 3 from what I have seen. Maybe 3 total. So far I have been able to visually verify my previous copy as complete and close to new as possible.
BTW, that copy is for by the current owner. Not on eBay. No price listed. AS the saying goes, if you have to ask...
That same seller also has some other Vectrex and non-Vectrex items listed with prices. So you should be able to get a feel for the kind of offer you will need to make.

AS the saying goes, if you have to ask... ...you'll never know. There is other saying here: "Asking about, we can find the way to Rome" At any rate, I enjoy a lot this Mr. Boston issue, so genuine and purely vectrex-related. I see the most rare games in others videogame systems get sky-high prices, and not so surprised at this point (It's an extrapolable situation to each all kinds of old rarities) I think I already reached my roof like collector (I never was very intense with), by acquiring the "other" most rare vectrex cartridge; so now I will see the next dancing of these Mr. Boston guys with pretty interest, from my golden retirement
