Sure, AFTER this aired I thought "oh, I should've posted about this on the forums" I got an e-mail from my local gaming group saying this guy from VP Cabs, who brought his interesting product to the Texas Pinball Festival the other month, was going to be on Shark Tank tonight. Luckily I caught him, as I missed the first few minutes, but then, he ended up being last. His machines cost several thousand bucks (just like a real pinball machine), but with the virtual pinball games included, I think he said they had these kind of rumble controls that make it feel like you're playing the real thing. They can also get up to 30 games in one, better than only having the one game in real life with a physical pinball machine. It was funny seeing the sharks clamoring around and playing the games though. Makes you wonder for how long they actually played them when that stuff gets edited It looked like they were only playing them for a few seconds. It looked like he wasn't going to get a deal at all (all sharks were out except for one...). Laurie tried to argue that kids are only into portable gaming/they wouldn't be into something that big. Obviously she's never been to a gaming expo where kids, yes, play full-grown pinball games. Hope it works out for everyone, as building his first several machines for customers is what saved his home mortgage from going under.

I didn't see the show but i read about it afterwords. I guess the virtual pinball guy is the brother of the guy who runs the arcade bar in my neighborhood. They had an event at the bar when the show was on tv and a virtual pinball machine set up there. .. I went by on tuesday night and saw what i think was that machine but it wasn't turned on.
