"This is a brand new repro Vectrex light pen. The custom billet Aluminum housing was hand machined on a lathe from billet stock. I had 2 of these made. I sent the cases off to Frank Holden and he installed all the new electronics and cord. I kept one for myself and I am offering this one up for auction. This would be a great piece for any Vectrex fan. This thing is high quality and will never wear out, but check out the pictures and see for yourself. Please email any questions. "

Cool, thanks for sharing. .. I don't know if I like it either, for this functional purpose. But I LOVE the idea and this process for a custom item. I guess you couldn't use a lathe, but a Vectrex control panel milled out of similar stock would be excellent.

Yeah, my thought exactly. You might as well just paint the Delorean from the Back to the Future movies yellow or any of the Batmobiles a neon pink or something.
