You can have this one if you want, but if you want a current photo that's not going to happen, since I just got a hair cut and need to grow into it, if you know what I mean I wouldn't say I have a "big" collection though, but if I'm all you've got...

I'll let you know... as said, I don't know if Oliver was going to accept, as I asked him, but he's on holiday by the looks of it. And finding someone with Mr Boston...

BEDLAM has got to be on that list. Very fun game with lovely overlay and AWESOME SOUND. Between Bedlam and Web Wars I think you will have completely accounted for the absence of Tempest in the Vectrex library.
I'd like to pressure you to take Pole Position also, over Armor Attack or Scramble or Star Castle. Polar Rescue is a nice choice as well, especially if part of your purpose is to fetishize the rarity of this stuff. But Bedlam is a mandatory inclusion in my mind.

Scramble is partly there because it's the only official licensed home version of the game, and plays really well imo. And I'm a big Scramble fan, so if it wasn't good, I wouldn't like it heh. As I've got Armor Attack as well (partly due to it being a fun two player co-op game imo) and Star Castle, I'm not sure about putting another arcade conversion in with Pole Position, although I will agree, it is a pretty impressive game.
Due to the small size of the Vectrex library, the only section highlighting specific titles is ten games you should play. I will admit I'm accommodating Web Wars, because other people do seem to like it, but I'm not a big fan of it. But it isn't about just what I think people should play, hence asking people here what their opinion is, and forming a group from there.
Bedlam got mentioned a few times as well so... it might go in. We'll see heh...

Okay, odd request time... Rudy Dobrzeniak replied to my interview questions so he is being featured as the collector, but didn't send a photo of himself. If I don't get one of him to feature, I can't use the interview in the article. Does anyone have a photo of him? Presuming here in case I don't get one from him, despite stressing twice that I need one. In my best French as well. If I don't get anything... I might have to fudge it somehow

Rudy is on holiday, which is why it took him a few days to get back to me. But the photo is now sorted, so that's good. Only thing left I really would like is a good, ensemble photo of Mr Boston, with the box, overlay and cartridge together.

Seemingly impossible. As is tracking down any information on the contest itself - GAH

Article is submitted now, guess I'll see what edits and alterations will be made in the process of getting it laid out in the magazine...

A couple of hiccups, but I believe it all got sorted before the Jubilee. Something about Vectrex screenshots that doesn't translate well to print. C'est la vie. Issue #104 is scheduled for release on 21st June if you wish to look out for the article.
