I'm not sure if anyone has seen this, but I thought I'd share it. This is only available for Android devices currently (phones, tablets and Android TV). It is excellent and their goal is to bring all the cartridge based systems to it. It is available as a Beta currently but it can certainly be tested/used. The cool thing is that you can add your own binaries to play. Below are images of the platforms currently supported and the controllers supported. I was watching some video on this and they can colorize Vectrex games!

I was watching some video on this and they can colorize Vectrex games! Well that's surprising. I'll have to see how those look.

Yes, they had a video of Beluga Dreams first playing monochromatic and then a setting was changed and the whole thing was colorized very nicely. This was during a virtual Intellivision Convention today. They should be posting the video at some point.

I recently picked up a Chromebook to use as my daily driver laptop (I also have a Win10 machine). While looking for games to try playing on it, I found Argon, a console emulator for Android that can emulate five retro systems: Atari 2600, Atari Lync, Colecovision, Intellivision, and of course the Vectrex. As most Android apps run on Chromebooks, I decided to install it and try it out. I have to say it does a very decent job. I tried several games for all of the supported systems except Intellivision. Although it has few bells and whistles, the emulation is fairly good with decent sound and graphics. Especially nice is that it supports both touchscreen and a generic USB gamepad. I spent a half hour last night just playing Armor Attack, and a game called Battlezone 2000 for the Atari Lynx. Good fun! You can find out more here: www.markspace.com/argon/

I just tried Fortress of Narzod on my Android TV and it was so cool to play the game colorized on a 65" screen!

Sounds it!
So I take it the vectors don't look too bad?

They look quite nice, actually. Well, at least they do on my 4K TV.
