Argh, this is depressing, I keep failing at Hyperchase. At least I now got in reach of qualification time: 125.6 seconds. Does that count?
Guess I am just too old for this chase...

Same here, my best so far is 133 seconds.
I want to like Hyperchase as I love the graphics / sound and it's great that it uses analog controls, but the sensitivity of the steering is ridiculous. Would be nice to hack it to tone down the sensitivity.

Same here the sensitivity is off the charts, I haven't spent much time on it but was nowhere near qualifying time

In regards to Hyperchase, it was said a few years back the qualifying time would be made easier. Not sure if that happened or not. Because, yes, it is a difficult game. Gotta take a break my eyes are hurting haha There's an annual online dungeon synth concert (although with 2023's it's being moved back to a club once more but I don't know if they'll stream it) for three or four nights. I made it through all three nights (or was it four?) last year but I was nervous about it because with the first one my eyes were killing me after only two nights (I didn't know about the first night until it was too late so I missed that one). After that, though, I took more breaks looking away at the screen, along with I got up and stretched a bit and all, so I made it better than with the first time around. |
