The collector's edition is boxed, has overlays, and is shrinkwrapped. They also made the box and overlays available separately for those with lose carts.

Nice and shrinkwrap should help sell the same game!

Nice and shrinkwrap should help sell the same game! Absolutely! I'm keeping mine sealed. Getting the box and overlays for my lose cart.

It seems like they have really put a good effort into making this the Donkey Kong of choice for years to come.

Maybe these folks should do a remake of E.T.

Maybe these folks should do a remake of E.T. LOL I actually don't consider ET such a bad game. There are much worse on the 2600! What I would like for them to do is do the same thing they did for the Intellivision with the 2600 version of Donkey Kong!

Worse games (and speaking of Donkey Kong) is the ripoff of King Kong. Condor Attack was also supposed to be pretty bad too.

I've never played Condor Attack. It is a pretty rare cart! You'd have to be a completist to get this one, though! Here is King Kong. Never played it either!

King Kong was one of the carts that came included when I bought my Atari 7800 from a friend. It only has the one screen where you jump over bombs that Kong throws at you. The blue bombs are magic (somehow), which, once you jump over one, it lifts you up to the next platform without having to climb up a ladder to get to the higher level. It's not very fun.
I never played Condor Attack but I heard it sucked, real bad collision detection being the main culprit.
My guess is that each game (in my opinion) is worse than E. T. I've played E. T. and it's not that terrible.

Well, I decided to test these myself with ROMs on emulation. King Kong is such a blatant rip off of Donkey Kong that it has the music and several sounds from DK! I must say, though, they accomplished something the Coleco didn't with their port of DK! Condor Attack is so terrible that it makes ET look like a crown jewel! I don't see ET as a bad game, but given its reputation, it is not deserved when compared to this piece of garbage! LOL

Hah, funny mini-reviews there I won't even bother checking out Condor Attack unless I just happen to find the cart somewhere, then sell it for a decent amount of money later!

Oh, didn't realize it was THAT rare. Oh well, a person can still dream (i. e. Vectrex Imager at a resale shop that the owner doesn't know its value of for only $10)...
