Message: Brett here, Well its been a long 6 months to develop the World's first production quality arcade controller for the Vectrex, and now I have to get a new mold made. This one was rushed and is slightly distorted around the Vectrex insert. I can't believe I'm about the make 50 of these... I must be crazy. I think it's weird writing this to myself, but I'll be adding fun stuff like this to all the Vectorcades… so um look for them all id you ever read this. [signed] 8-14-2001

Message: "Over time the mold for the shell got worn down on the edge... effectively shortening the height of the shell. Subsequently, the joystick was starting to run into the baseplate. Grinding commenced!"
Message on the right side: "yo yo yo! Brett here... This is technically the 27th Vectorcade ever made...heh, oh yeah. I am #'ing it (27) as well. What the hell is wrong with me? Anyhoo, just thought I'd write some treasureful stuff in here for all to find. LATER!"

• Vectorcade SE #1 and SE #2
Color: Red flake on Red, Red joystick, Blue and White alternating buttons
Sold at Philly Classic 3 on April 26 & 27th 2002
Speciality: Blue LED mounted between the joystick and button #1. It was tied to button #4 and would light up when button 4 was pressed. These controllers also had an American Flag on the label underneath and were specifically Red/White/Blue patriotic colors.

Still quite a number of Vectorcades missing (~50%): #1, #2, #4, #6, #9, #10, #12, #14, #16, #17, #18, #20, #22.

#27 - Brett Walach - Joystick left, Red flake, Red Background, Red Buttons, Red Joystick, Created: 4/26/2002
This was supposed to be a SE #3 (see below), but I converted it into #27 for myself instead

Left side has an arrow pointing to a crater carved out under the joystick.

There were also 2 Special Edition Vectorcades numbered SE #1 and SE #2 that were sold at Philly Classic 3 on April 26 & 27th 2002. Those units were Red flake, Red background, Red joystick, Blue and White alternating buttons, with a special blue LED mounted between the joystick and button #1. It was tied to button #4 and would light up when button 4 was pressed. These controllers also had an American Flag on the label underneath and were specifically Red/White/Blue patriotic colors.
