I'm taking pics of my collection, where should I send them? Or is it better if I upload them to imageshack and post them later?? I will be taking pics of the high scores during the day and I'm going to note today scores too. Now it's time to play!!! |

I'm going to just play a couple of games and have my dad take pictures of me playing on the Vectrex. I'll do that in the afternoon today.

First off, I took care of your double post  (note: this is in regards to alberto's post, Trek got his in right before I could) I'm taking pics of my collection, where should I send them? You can post it on the wiki and link to it when you update the International page, or post it on here and I'll put it on the site, whichever you want. I will be taking pics of the high scores during the day and I'm going to note today scores too. Several, eh? And to anyone else participating that wants to post on here so I'll add the stuff later, let me know: 1. What name you want to be identified as, if it's your handle on here or your real name. 2. What game(s) you played and their scores, if you want to include those, along with 3. Any sites of yours you want to promote (YouTube, Twitter, etc.). 4. Links to any pics, audio or video clips (although those last two you'll have to host yourself, Wikia can only host pictures). Got a YouTube message already from some guy in Sweden who played Spike I won't be updating the page until the day's nearly over as messages come in. The guy who did the video the other month (think his name's Vinterprost off the top of my head) of making your own overlays also updated the page already and made a video of it! |

Looks like War of the Worlds could end up being popular, since that was the very first entry on the wiki page Oh, and how could I have FORGOTTEN? (Well, maybe because I was in a hurry?) I received an e-mail promo for the upcoming Vectrex app with all the original games promoting the Day I just hope people reading it don't click on the link and go "oh, big deal! They said that people participated on this International Play Your Vectrex Day, yet only ONE PERSON did?" Nooooo, not true! More will be added later! Also, and for anyone else (like TrekMD) who promoted this elsewhere, make sure to check on those sites you posted to see if anyone posted game playing info on there, copy and paste it here, and I'll add the info in case they don't edit the page themselves. |

Ok, the Day is more than halfway over with (here in the Central U. S., at least), so lets see how things are going! - Currently seven participants have been confirmed, five of which are up on the page. Another one was P. M.ed to me at YouTube (which I'll add when I edit it later) and I did my part too by playing a game.
- In case anyone's noticed that the link to the Vectrex Regeneration site isn't working and/or the Gallery pic is interfering with the page, I'll fix those later (the latter has to have specific coding to work properly as a Gallery).
- There's been 17 people on here max today (which is a big number for these forums), which I doubt is a coincidence
- Several new people have joined the wiki too, which I hope will add (finally) to more new pages as well, as many common games still don't have write-ups, plus people can add their Vectrex stories as well.
- I'm going to be happy to add this to the trivia/notes section later, plus it could still grow!: Participants on this Day have been located in Spain, Sweden, Wales, and the United States. Very cool!

Add me to your list! I will play prior to 12 midnight Pacific Time, and upload something to youtube by tomorrow morning (it can take all night sometimes to upload a video to youtube).
