Actually, I've got one of those but don't have the complete box anymore. Also have a Captain Power vehicle and some of the tv show video tapes.

I just have the foam holder. I am glad to know someone else has one. Boy would I feel out of place being the only one who has one.
I mean sure you have to have a working VCR and that's extra storage if you have switched to DVD's. But they were pretty inexpensive at one time. I paid $5.00 for mine and then I picked up a couple of tapes along with some other stuff in trade for an old Star Wars AT-AT.
Maybe one day thexder you can post some pics? Cool about the Captain Power things.

You can find complete videos of Action Max online that you could probably burn to one dvd. I started to set it up for the Louisville Arcade Expo this year and realized I was missing the power supply so it didn't get any love. I did play a couple of the tapes though whenever The Wiz wasn't on.
Most of my stuff is in boxes or footlocker storage bins. The only items I currently have out are a 2600 Light Sixer, Vectrex, Sega Genesis Tower (Model 2, Sega CD, 32X), and a couple of tabletops (Tandy release of Caveman, Blip, and Pac-Man). I can take pics of those and post them. Is there anyway to attach photos or do they all have to be hosted elsewhere? Maybe I'll create a new public Picasa album for them.

A lot of my stuff was that way(in totes and boxes) and when I started to display it all then that slowed my collecting down. I couldn't believe all the things I had picked up.
I like that Sega Genesis Tower comment. The Picasa album sounds sweet.

That's great for you to contribute to an expo. I would like to do that one year for our local one, once I get into snagging some arcade coin-ops and possibly a pinball machine or two. Hell, I could just rent out a spot to bring along my small tv and attach my Retro Arcade Featuring Pac-Man hook-up but it's not very practical since the joystick isn't very good. Because aside from ruining Xevious, that's a pretty good release and I wouldn't mind showing that off, even though it's not rare or anything.
Yes, photos can only be hosted externally on here, so you'd have to have a hosting account to do that with, such as Photobucket, Flickr and the like.

Quite the handheld collection! Space Laser Fight looks particularly interesting, although having two VFD displays for Zaxxon was really going all out!

Quite the handheld collection! Space Laser Fight looks particularly interesting, although having two VFD displays for Zaxxon was really going all out! Yes, Zaxxon was revolutionary in some features: it´s the only one with a 8-ways joystick, very trickly, but you can do real diagonals across the space, and drive your ship horizontally and vertically (the vertical elevation is the key to progress in this game) Moreover, the 3D effect (with your aircraft overflying the field) is really good. I had the chance of open a zaxxon and see its mechanicals quietly. Very imaginative making! The Bambino Space Laser Fight is a totally different concept: the strong point here is the possibility of two-gamers gameplay. We all know a good challenge with a human is much more interesting than with a very-early AI machine. There is a mobile barrier between fighters, and not so easy to beat the other... And the design is really homy and polished. I don´t have favorites, but I love the gameplay of Supercobra and Scramble. My most played machines, for sure.

I just get the broad and front cover of the famous Coleco Frogger (it´s only $8) The board is totally operational; so in this point, I am thinking about make a new housing (likely green painted wood), with an internal 9-volt AC adapter.. and maybe a new joystick I see some visual parallels between this graphic rendering and the classic vectorial way
