In the past year my collection got some nice additions and is almost complete, now. There are some rare items I'm still looking for:
• Helmut's wanted Vectrex items
- VeCaves/Spike's Spree (original with overlay)
- Star Sling (Limited Edition)
- VecSport Boxing (Limited Edition)
- Vectorcade (Original, made by Brett Wallach)
- VecFever
Items are supposed to be complete (CIB) and in mint or near mint condition. I'd like to purchase these items directly (not ebay) from a collector. Please note that I'm located in Germany.

I have a Vectrex kiosk that I'm considering selling. It's in absolutely amazing shape and has been the centerpiece of my collection for a long time now. I had a second kiosk in far worse condition that I sold and shipped to Rick Weis not long ago.
Due to the fragile nature of the kiosk (these things love to crack), I'd prefer local pickup. I'm located just outside of Boston for reference.
Of all the kiosk I've seen posted over the years, I have to imagine my is in contention for being the nicest example around.
Let me know if you want me to post up some pictures and shoot me a PM if you're interested in making an offer. I know many members of this site through other forums, but I can provide plenty of feedback regardless.

Thank you very much for your answer to my "Wanted" posting, beaglepuss. A Vectrex kiosk would be a great addition to my Vectrex collection and I'd be very interested. I guess the problem is shipping the Vectrex kiosk: I'm located in Germany and my guess is that overseas shipping such a large item is quite expensive. I'll think a bit more and will send you a PM.

If you are still looking for the titles that were until recently sold from classicgamecreations.com, I have several of them. I would trade for some GCE Euro stuff. Especially Web Warp and control panel with red/blue highlights. .. Probably NOT wanting to SELL for international shipment. Much prefer trade.

Ok. I'll check what I have from your list. I know I don't have all of them but I should have several of them.

I know I have a spare Nebula Commander and Vectopia. Those MIGHT be the only two I have from your list.

Hello... do you still have the Vectrex kiosk? I do still have the kiosk, but I have recently acquired some additional rare items for my collection (Imager, Minestorm II, etc), so I think I'll be holding onto it for the time being. For US releases, I think I'm just missing the box for the Imager and Mr. Boston. I have everything else mint and CIB. I will be unloading some rare stuff soon including some more prototypes, light pens, and TONS of doubles. I'll post plenty of pics in the next few days and gauge interest here before I go to other boards/eBay. |
