on eBay: Vectrex with Pause Button Mod

Howdy-

I put on eBay a Vectrex with a pause button mod that I installed: www.ebay.com/itm/160987515206

I also fully tested this Vectrex w/ Test Cart rev 4 (running on the 72-in-1 multicart), & the monitor is adjusted & its controller is tested good.


I have 2-3 more Vectrexes on which I'll perform the same mod then sell. Let's see how this eBay auction goes, and, if anybody else here has interest, we can probably strike up a deal.

I could also perform the mod on somebody's Vectrex, but the cost of shipping it to me & back is probably prohibitive. I'm in the Los Angeles area, if any locals want to discuss a pause button mod deal.

Nice mod, Jason. Two reasons why I restraint from buying one:
a.) I'm located in Germany and shipping and customs would cost a fortune.
b.) Until now I have no game that I could marathon play and which would require a pause. Hmm, but when my daughter comes into the room. Or if the phone rings, or...

The Vectrex sold. Oddly, it went 1 week at $150 opening bid with no takers. Upon relisting again at $150, with a $200 BIN, it was snatched up right away by a Japanese buyer for $200. USPS Priority shipping + insurance was around $87, for reference.

I'm happy to sell 1 or 2 more pause-modded Vectrexes at equivalent prices (knocking the price down accordingly to compensate for the lack of eBay fees) & shipping at cost.
