i just wanted to see if anyone knew much about this. I recently won a bid on eBay for a bunch of promotional pins, mostly video games but some movies. But the main reason i bid on this was because on of them caught my eye, it was a vectrex promotional pin. ive almost never heard about this thing, the only time i have heard it even be mentioned is on this page (http://www.revival-studios.com/?page=5) its a guy on fury unlimited showing off his collection, and its mentioned at the bottom under the small category of stuff he is missing (which is cool because i own it! ) it says he is missing the pen and button. so apparently there is a pen too, which i also know nothing about. anybody know anything about these items? i will also attach a picture of the pin as soon as i can (i cant at the moment but will add them later on this thread)

No, it came out back in the day, I do believe.
Also, Atari Age sold Vectrex buttons too, now that I think about it. I don't know if yours is one of those or from back then.

I recall that auction, I wasn't sure if the Vectrex button was genuine or not, so I didn't bid. The pen and button that Martijn mentions on his page about what he's still after is as a result of myself taking a couple of items to Eurocon one year to show. Yes, no surprise they belong to me. I should say buttonS as I've acquired a different one sometime afterwards from a guy in the US. With the items in my hands, I'm confident these were all released back in the day, and are not modern productions.

I've only ever seen one example of each of them, and I own them, so yeah, I figured they're pretty hard to find. The black pin cost me $10, the other badge and the pen went for about 50 quid each (!). Yeah, us Vectrex collectors are a hardcore bunch
