My "daily driver" Vectrex seems to like the previous version (post at Apr 30, 2014 at 10:37pm) calibration feature. Should also work on the version I posted last night? I'd do version numbering, but half the tools (both AS09 and Mess) are 8.3 filenames.

Probably the next big change will be to add fractional and variable enemy movement. Currently movement is a static 1 "pixel" per frame for regular enemies and 2 for Spectres. Fractional movement will be a big improvement but it also means using 2 bytes for position for each ordinal which might break a bunch of stuff (yay for optimized unrolled loops though, amirite?). Change log: Player lives left displayed Game Over Fixed: Bug - You can shoot explosions Fixed: Hitting explosions kills you To do list: Fractional and variable enemy speeds (defined by level) Multiple Spectres (level dependent) Spectre shots Explosion when player dies Collision detection seems buggy Level intro screens Title screen Sound Music Level designs Possible: Moving walls Attachments:SPECTRE.BIN (24.79 KB)
