There is a new multi cartridge out: alex.kazik.de/312/mucarex/. Everything is open source. Specs: - Has 1 MiB of flash memory
- Has 32 KiB of RAM
- Can emulate the following modules
- Regular modules with up to 32 KiB ROM
- 64 KiB modules with bank switching (using PB6)
- "SRAM" modules, where the contents of the ROM is loaded into the RAM and then used instead of the ROM
- "PAGE" modules with up to 31 pages of 32 KiB each (up to 992 KiB) and 16 KiB RAM
- The flash can be programmed from the Vectrex, e.g. for storing high score
This is the first version and it's working quite fine. The flash chips has to be programed elsewhere, we use the same chips as the EasyFlash for the C64 and use the C64 to flash them. Maybe I order some PCB's - if I do so I could sell the PCB and a programed CPLD (everything else has to be soldered by yourself).

Great work. I'm sure enough people would be interested in buying a pcb/cpld package, I know I would.

What was the cost for you to build the first one?
