New Vectrex owners here (4 in all), we decided to make our own arcade controllers. We're pretty happy with the results. If anyone is curious and will be attending the Midwest Gaming Classic, at least one of these should be on display at the Guys, Games, and Beer room. Also my first meager attempt at Vectrex programming will be on display. Hope to see some of you there.

Guys, Games, and Beer room. That name alone pretty much rules! Wow, like the VectorCade, that's quite a sizable controller!

Meager may be an understatement. So far all I've done was create a splash screen for the Guys, Games, and Beer podcast. In other words I was able to draw vector objects, move them and play their theme song. I' m hoping to try my hand at game programming soon, I thought Pot of Gold or Uridium might be possible.

Both very interesting games that I've not heard anyone mention before for the Vectrex. I like the look of Uridium. I recently wrote an article on the Most Requested Vectrex Ports. There's a link in the main Vectrex section. You should check it out.
