No video on this one but I was watching Halt and Catch fire tonight and the Vectrex was mentioned by one of the main characters to inspire a bunch of engineers to invent a portable computer.
The target weight for the new portable PC was 15 pounds
The laptop I'm writing this on weighs 3 lbs.
I remember my father bringing home a laptop from work in the late 80's. It had a monochrome screen (green) and it was rather heavy. I think it's battery lasted an hour.
I wonder what the handheld Vectrex would have weighed?
