Where is a good place to find cib games? I've got about 15 games but I just can't seem to find certain ones. I'm especially looking for Pole Position. Anyone know of a good place online that I can find games other than ebay?

Anyone know of a good place online that I can find games other than ebay? I am a bit surprised that you´re looking for CIB games, as you are selling your complete Vectrex collection on Ebay? Or am I wrong?

I've got 2 seperate Vectrex collections. The one I am selling on ebay is not my main vectrex. I bought another one recently that came with 10 CIB games and a better box. That's the one I want to keep in my game collection. The one I'm keeping also has a low serial number in the 12,000's. I've always has a thing for video game systems with low serial numbers.

The one I listed on ebay is the best condition unit I have ever seen. I've seen 6 Vectrexes in my life, and all have had scratches or scuffs, especially the bottom. I've found that the best way to gauge the condition and how much use a vectrex has had is to look at it's underside. A lot of units might look nice on all 5 faces EXCEPT for the bottom. The 4 rubber feet look perfect like it's never been pushed around a table and the plastic is shinny and pretty!

I've never seen the attraction of Craigslist. Perhaps (apparently) I've never had a use for it, but it looks like a website that should've been left in the 90's. It's terrible.

it's classified ads, do you only like buying stuff online or at stores?

"Online" works for me just fine. Every time I go to Craigslist (when following a link to it - never by choice) I always think it looks like ten thousands messy posts.
Like I said - I don't feel like I've ever needed it, so perhaps the bits of it I have seen is not representative of the site?
Besides, it's probably(?) pretty US-centric anyway (not that I know for sure if that should hold me back...but if there's not a (close to) 100% chance of getting things sent overseas then it's of no use to me anyway).

I really don't know why people sell stuff on Craigslist except that it's free, simple and local but it's a good place to get deals on good stuff that you don't have to go very far to get. I've seen a lot of great prices for Vectrex stuff on Craigslist. Imagers, 15 mint CIB boxes for cheap, Harmagedon and Bandai Starhawk, super cheap systems.

Agreed, it looks cheap and crappy (I'd say a makeover is in order), but as long as you can get stuff from it... Besides, it's probably(?) pretty US-centric anyway (not that I know for sure I think so. I've never used it, it's just good (to me) for local rip-off alerts from an e-mail gaming list I'm a member of, along with the occasional funny or outrageous one that pops up (thousands for a crappy pinball game) that I get a link to.
