Unique find!! Have to laugh at him claiming only about 10 games were released for the Vectrex, but then he's not into playing those games.
Also interesting to read he's also a fellow drummer too.

"I have three Vectrex machines. Each one only has one game, so you have to buy the whole console again to use a different game." waaaaat Maybe he bought those vectrex with inserted cartridges, and unable to remove due to time passed and the consequent and inevitable process of fossilization XD

Yeah, rubbish. However, the real meaning has probably just gotten lost in translation. Or due to the interviewer not knowing anything about the subject. ...he cannot be that clueless.

Yeah, I thought it was the language barrier too. After all, how'd he get the two Light Pen programs to work anyway if you couldn't exchange cartridges?

I figured he meant he needed to run three games at the same time. Thus the three Vectrex units.

As a no-native english speaker, I know (and making a lot myself) about translation mistakes. Often a funny (and confused) thing..

Excellent find, kokovec. Currently, a lot of Vectrex activity can be seen in the North America and Europe. ATM, a japanese Vectrex and japanese games seem very exotic. Who knows: Perhaps in Japan they are common?
I really think that we should find a Japanese Vectrex fan capable of reading and writing English to build a bridge to Japan. An English Vectrex fan capable of reading and writing Japanese would also do. ;-) This might develop into a valuable and good enhancement to the whole Vectrex community.

Very funny show-window, binarystar ! Vectrex are beautifully integrated with the others monitors (the JVC sphere TV is a classic, itself) I´m always surprised by the imagination of people And yes, a japanese connection would be very useful.
