Have some of your listings vanished Jason? I can't see the two items I had watched being active any more...

A problem w/ eBay. Working to resolve. Stay tuned. Would've replied sooner but was hoping there would be resolution by now.
Thanks, -J

Yeah, eBay took another dump and wiped out a bunch of listings from folks. I think the same thing happened recently with user accounts.

Update & apologies. I was hoping to have resolution from eBay by now, but I do not.
14 of my listings were pulled on 2014/09/16 under suspicion of copyright violation. It seems that eBay is not too savvy with the concept of modern homebrew games for vintage systems.
I called eBay first thing in the morning after receiving that e-mail from them, pled my case, was assured prompt resolution within a time period, didn't hear back, called back after that time period to check my appeal's status, was given another time period within which resolution would be achieved, didn't hear back, called back after that time period to check my appeal's status, was given another time period within which resolution would be achieved, didn't hear back, called back after that time period to check my appeal's status, & was told that all I can do now is wait patiently & that the estimated resolution date was unknown but that most cases are typically resolved in 7-10 days.
So, to those who were interested, watching, & bidding, I apologize for these events out of my control. I will give eBay some more time before giving up on that venue for sale of these items.
I fear that this post will open up a can of eBay flame worms, so I ask that we keep the bashing to a minimum. :]
I won't post here again until I have something new to share.
Thanks, -Jason

When posting a listing on on eBay for Vectrex homebrew titles you may wan to include a statement for eBay staff indicating that the current rights holder for the Vectrex, Jay Smith, has allowed homebrew titles to be developed and sold for the Vectrex.

www.ebay.com/sch/jasonbar/m.htmlHowdy- Lessons learned when selling homebrews on eBay: 1 - Don't use the word "homewbrew" in the listing anywhere. Doing so causes a warning message to appear when submitting the listing (indicating suspicion that you're selling something that makes copies of copyrighted materials or that allows for bypass of region protection) the listing to be flagged & reviewed & possibly removed. A few tests showed that you can actually instead write "home brew" & that warning message won't pop up during listing submission. 2 - If you do have a problem with listings being pulled, the customer service number doesn't seem to actually get you anywhere. Ask for the Limits Department, wait on hold for 65 minutes, & then enjoy speaking with somebody who understands your issue & can take resolution action instantly, while you're on the phone. My previous listings have been restored: 3D Scape Cart Color Clash Debris Revisited Performance VX Pitcher's Duel Protector / YASI Shifted Soccer Football (non-US ver of Heads Up) Spike Hoppin' Tour de France Vectoblox V:Hockey Vecmania Vector Pilot Vectrexians Web Warp (non-US ver of Web Wars) And I've added many more: 3D Imager manual only Art Master + box (this goes live tomorrow so that it will end with the rest--I had a typo in the listing & had to end it early) AutoFire Dongle, like new AutoFire Dongle, like new AtariVox+, Vectrex Enhanced, shrinkwrapped new Stickers: 4 custom cut vinyl stickers VecVox in custom case Thanks, -Jason
