Wow, lotta nerve, or naive on what this is worth? Up yours auctionGuy's selling Vectrace/Vaboom! for fifty dollars U. S.? That's a load of nonsense. Granted, I don't know 100% of the history of this game but it looks to me like it's the current longbox version where John started putting the instructions on the back of the boxes, probably to save money by not providing separate printed instructions to keep his prices low, which he's done for this game, Thrust, Vector Vaders, and V-Frogger, all of which I've gotten from him since 2009 and all of those games were made that way (with instructions printed on the backs of the boxes and not separate). So I'm pretty sure this is a current copy of the game, and not an earlier version where the seller's going "oh, it's an earlier copy with a slightly different box cover, hence it's rarer and worth more", unless someone wants to correct me on that, but as far as I know, this is the current version. He's doing the same with Revector, and I assume he's responsible of the other two of Spike's Water Balloons Analog and Berzerk Debugged--asking for way more money than they're worth. I just didn't bother clicking on those two auctions. Hopefully no one will buy either of them; V/V! ends on the 25th, which for once I'm going to make a point to keep an eye out on how this ends. Feh!

That'd be damn pathetic if they did, although naivety could be an excuse. Other than that, just buy it new from Dondzila and get the exact same thing.

Hopefully not Was it signed by him? That would be the only factor that would make it worthwhile, I'd think.

No signature. He's selling a pair of odd caseless multi-carts as well for 90 quid. I'll keep you posted...

Seller could just be buying them from himself as a shill, in order to inflate the apparent value of his other auctions, especially if it is 'buy it now'. So people who might not know how to otherwise buy these games will see them selling for $50, and think they are getting a great deal when they buy it from him in the future, re-listed at $30 for example. Lots of stupidity and recklessness in the ebay ghetto. I learned a long time ago you pretty much have to be a hawk to win on ebay. ... I bought my house on ebay! Seriously.

Wow, that's pretty nuts, and pathetic, what with people such as the Inenom Company (or however that's spelled) and RetroGamerVX on YouTube becoming huge, they get so big that whenever they release a video, in no time flat it's got hundreds of views, and when they release a Vectrex video they get plenty of comments saying "wow, never heard of that system before, it looks cool", so that creates more of a market for it for the current (or previous one or two) generation(s, or more) of gamers that want it, plus increasing demand and prices for it. Crazy, vicious circle...
