I don't have the link handy, but if you just search around "I, Cyborg codes" or "cheats" you will find it. I believe George Pelonis himself released them. Correct; they're here.

^ His first several games were original, now he's working on Cinematronics clones. Very good stuff either way though. Yeh it's all awesome I know. Not just Fury either. Some of, if not most of, the best Vectrex games are clones. Old style games are native to this console.

I'd like to think of I,Cyborg, as well as Dark Tower, as prototypes for more 3rd person adventure games for the Vectrex, as these are the only two that i know of, and it seems like a great idea for this console. I think I,Cyborg pretty clearly borrows (or references) several features from Dark Tower. It would be so much more fun for us though if we could at least progress through the beginning of the game. The control scheme I think refers to Dark tower with fire straight, left, right. But requiring two buttons to fire left or right, (unlike Dark Tower), really handicaps me. The moving around on the joystick (to dodge) is more hectic too than any other vectrex game i've played, and i'm afraid of wearing out my 30 year old controller. Buttons don't translate well to the orientation on my snes pad, so it kind of has to be either the original controller or one of the arcade sticks (that i don't have $$). ... I, Cyborg is so distinctive though, it is certainly a finished product. No chance of a revision.

I've always thought that too, although that's just for the basics, of course, as the two games are totally different. ... I, Cyborg is so distinctive though, it is certainly a finished product. No chance of a revision. And there's no need for one!

And there's no need for one! Don't get me wrong. It is a masterpiece in my estimation, and I've been telling people so on various forums, as well as friends who don't even play videogames. It was probably THE game that put me over the edge and caused me to acquire a Vectrex. Having played it now it is my number two favorite vectrex game and number one favorite homebrew. It is obviously totally inspired. I don't just liken it's accomplishment to video games like Web Wars, Ico, Shadow of the Colossus and Marble Madness, in sheer originality, inventiveness and aesthetic superiority, but also beyond video games, in league with Eraserhead, the drawings of Giacometti, Krazy Kat, Chris Ware comics... I still think it is too difficult. The prospect of actually seeing one of the fabulous bosses I see depicted in the instruction booklet makes it even more frustrating that I can't progress that far. I may never get to fully experience the game.

update: I have now seen all of the bosses and conquered one of them. Doing this involved strategically swapping between snes pad and gce control panel, and of course using keycodes that I did not actually earn, as already mentioned.
