Option 1 is ebay I guess. However there is an on-line company in the UK called 'Retrogames'. I'm sure they ship overseas... they've got a complete copy. They are not the cheapest place to look but I've used them a couple of times when I'd run out of patience waiting for one to turn up on ebay.

I've been monitoring ebay but haven't seen any complete copies show up recently. There was one not too long ago that had everything except the box.
