I know there are many essential homebrew 'clones' for the Vectrex, and I have played a number of them. Protector blew me away! But I would like to know all of the games that are not clones, to get a better idea of what's been done (and what could be done).
The only one I know for sure is I, Cyborg.

@der Luchs has a lot of games that would now fit in this category.

I think City Bomber is an original homebrew.
Probably also Nebula Commander and Hex. VecFu? (These might be getting a little too "demo" to fit your criteria.)

City Bomber is actually a clone of Blitz while Hex is a clone of Super Hexagon though Chris intends to add a number of his own features in its premium release.
Nebula Commander and VecFu on the other hand are unique games to my knowledge. If you meant Hexed!, it is also an original game.
It's said that Alex Nicholson was unaware of the game Quantum when he wrote Star Sling though there are a number of similarities.

City Bomber is actually a clone of Blitz I played a modern day remake of that a while back. Simple and fun. It's said that Alex Nicholson was unaware of the game Quantum when he wrote Star Sling though there are a number of similarities. You never touch anything in Quantum though, that's instant death! So I'd cast another vote as to it being original as well.
