There was a small update to Release - now Version 1.01. I found a bug that was introduced the day before release.
In the demo mode there were "glitches" when an enemy was removed when it "hit" the base.
Nothing else changed - only the demo mode!

How many times can the word "release" be used in a news release about release updates for a game called Release? ... There might be even a re-release of the released Release one day. Honestly: Due to the name searching info about Release is a bit of a challenge. The original game is Release by Gimo Games; available for Android and iOS. Currently Google Play says "10-50 installs" - I guess that the Vectrex version might even surpass this, soon.

I am wondering...
For all those VecFlash, VecMulti or other multicard using fellows... What is the general opinion of supporting saving the high scores also to the VecVox device.
Are there "enough" around that such a thought might be worthwhile?
I don't know if Alex Herberts VCS 2600 routines were every translated to vecci - but that shouldn't be a big problem. The i2c protocoll is not THAT difficult to comprehend...
Thoughts?

It would be a neat feature but I don't feel like I need it and I might not actually even use it, since the (AtariVox+) is not usually plugged in.
I think a lot of people have them though, probably more than who have VecFlash and VecMulti.

Just about to download... thank you for sharing! I should also upgrade Vide... although I tend to waste time trying to get my project working in the new version having copied it over... me being rubbish I'm sure! With computers, if things are working I tend to just leave them as they are!

Vide - update...
Most of the time it is enough to copy the Vide.jar - and possibly the "serialize" dir.
All other things are mostly goodies. (sometimes I update the help - but I guess nobody but me reads it anyway :-))

So I suck at this game so far but it's great fun and sounds AMAZING through the Vectrex Audio Tap... I didn't know you could just copy Vide.jar over to upgrade I always end up copying my project over then opening the project XML and leaving the old one, so now I have about 10 VideV1.* directories
oh also I rarely break 2000 on Release. After about maybe 50 games I still haven't gotten on the high score table and I have only broken 5000 once. I just can't see enough of what is going on to keep up or something. (one of my eyes has a scar and I can't see details out of it)
