Tournament: Vector War VIII - Preparations

I and both my children will compete. We'll see if the kids can reach over the threshold scores or not. But I'm just glad they want to play retro games with me, so we'll see what happens.

Malban: Thanks for your hint regarding the display of the current score in Release. Looks like you better have your camera at hand and don't wait too long (applies for some other games, too).

fruktodlaren: Great that you and your children will (try to) participate. I've just set the threshold scores of the homebrew games and hope that they are not too high for them. (For normal players all threshold scores should be reachable after a bit of playing).

Time to announce the two mystery prizes:
The two "Mystery prizes" are physical copies of a game. Physical copy means an edition with cartridge, overlay, manual, and box included. Two of these physical copies will be prizes in this Vector War VIII. The name of the game will remain a mystery for a bit longer but be sure that these prizes will be pretty special. Sure enough the winners of the Vector War will be informed of the name of the game to allow for choosing his/her prize.

Please note that this year there will be two random prizes. I.e. any player who qualified for the Vector War can win a prize regardless of the scores he/she achieved.
