Looks like it. Can't find the old thread on here but you can see the mystery drawing of it here, in regards to a much different-looking Vectrex that Miva Filoseta (guy who designed most of the overlays) had something to do with (need to bug him again in order to finish that article. It's been years now, Miva!). As VectrexMad! posted about it today, a video was released of it and it had a copyright date on the screen of 1983, so apparently this thing came out later, not before the Vectrex we all know and love now. Pat the NES Punk released a video of it, which you can see below. Have to excuse (/tolerate?) their ignorance about it though, such as not knowing who released it originally, along with some "Combat rip-off" (ummm, Armor Attack) on the system and other stuff. Only thing is, what's with those controllers though? Miva had said he designed them but people complained about them, as two buttons on top of two other buttons wouldn't have worked well I imagine, rather than just the single row of all four buttons that would later comprise the Vectrex Control Panel later. But who knows.
