Congrats to the three winners! 😃 It was a great contest and it was so much fun to play so many games so intensively. As Rookie I'm very happy with my Pole Position highscore and beating Get the beer. Don't drink and drive! 😄 Last but not least playing KnightEx was fun and addicting. Great scores, Vorkosigan! You had me fighting to stay at the top right up until the end  Thank you for joining and battling it out with us! I was secretly rooting for you to do a 4-way tie! I'm thinking your Pole Position score will go down in history as the highest, but we might have to wait 10 or 20 more years to find out |

Yeah, this was again a very great Vector War. And in my opinion, all rankings / submitted scores are good scores, and most important is, that everybody had fun playing the games.
Also congratulations to the other winners. Don't forget, there are not only the top 3 winners, but there are also 2 great random prices, the beer, the spoon. Somehow, the spoon (for second last ranked player) has a very magical attraction for me, but all other prices are also absolute great. Also thank you to all who donated these phantastic prices!!!
About the beer price: I like beer (but I should not dring too much...) Even if it would be nice to join the raffle for this price, I maybe better pass, because I live in Switzerland, that is not in the EU. Sending such a big package of beer would not only be expensive for the sender (maybe more shipping costs, than the beer is worth), but also I could get trouble with customs and pay some import fees, even if you write that it is a present or a price. Also without clear customs declaration, it could cause additional penalty fees for me. And even Swiss post is reliale, they do not always handle such packages carefully.
So... Is Vorkosigan not Germany / EU (or another EU country?) and the beer price will be sent from EU? If there is nobody else, then maybe Vorkosigan could be the optimal winner? Or did I miss something, or is there somebody else who could be the beer price winner? I think the rule was: Everybody who won the game "Get the beer"?
I will be already happy a lot with one of the top 3 prices, whatever it will be at the end :-) Mhh but anyway - the aluminium cartridge Knightex would be very great, and fruktodlaren wrote, he would produce more if we all want it. But wasn't playvectrex interested for the VecRibbon price? (Or do "at war" mean, you wouldn't like this price? I don't understand what you mean exactly with "at war" with Vec Ribbon...) If yes, and it would be a lot of effort (or too much effort) for fruktodlaren to produce another aluminium catridge, I also would pass and take the coupon from Packrat. Or the Vec Ribbon price, if "at war" means, playvectrex don't want it. In Germany, it's 5:30a.m. in the morning and for some reason I don't know I can't sleep. Perhaps still the Vector War fever?  Reading your above commments just gave me a really warm and good feeling. It shows much fairness, respect, and appreciation for each other. I appreciate this very much. The fact that it's three winners this year better reflects the players quality, actually like Brett I even thought and wished that we might have not a trio but a foursome. All top players reached many maximum scores. Chainsaw did extremely well with Scramble and Solar Quest. Nathan and Marc pushed KnightEx to the top. Marc pushed Pole Position to the limit. But it's not just the top players to talk about but also the players with lower - still good scores: All people played very fair and tried to get as much playing in their daily life as possile. Some people (like me) took it more easy but still tried to at least qualify even though there where hurdles like changing score codes. All in all it was a very good contest and I'm reliefed that everything went fair, smooth, and with only few glitches from my side. Prizes A-C
It's cool, that Tony ( fruktodlaren ) might drill another two aluminum cartridges. Thank you very much for this very generous offer, Tony! I'm pretty sure that we would find PCBs for the aluminum cartridges. Also I could contact Shattered Screens and Packrat video games and I'm pretty sure that there will be another two VecRibbon prizes or three $25 PVG coupons. I'll contact you (Brett, Nathan, and Stefan) via personal message (PM) and I'm sure that we'll find a good way. Alternatively you winners can choose one of the lotteries and last not least there is the "Get the beer" prize. I'll send you a PM to figure out things together, today. Again, thank you all for your fair playing, positive feedback and thoughts and even sharing hints to get higher scores!

I just wanted to say it's been a pleasure again this year playing amongst so many stellar players. I didn't have much time this year to manage the time on the games as I just started a new job this past week. I always learn and get so much better every year at the games which is the complete positive side of this tournament for myself personally. Congrats to the Winners and look forward to next year's competition already!
