Regarding the latest PiTrex baremetal download:
I cannot get this to work...no sound/image on Vectrex, green light flashes on the Pi (Zero).
If I replace the SD contents with the version from summer '21 (I backed up the card before wiping), that still works as expected.
Is there anything else I need to do (aside from the instructions at the link above)?

Hey, I also had the same issue. In the end I downloaded the full SD card image (img.zip file) from the 2nd link and used BalanaEtcher to image my microSD card. That worked great.

Thanks...but that is an old version (March). I tried overwriting the files with the new version but it won't boot, same as before. |

This is a problem with the config.txt file affecting the Pi Zero non-W model. If you change "[pi0w]" to "[pi0]" in config.txt, then Malban's recent releases should boot.

FYI, this config.txt issue has been fixed in the 22nd Dec 2021 download now (backported on Feb 23rd by Malban). I think this got about 3 people that I know of.
