I don't think the ROM's the problem, there's just a few games that ParaJVE has some graphics issues with, such as with Spinball (although slight) and Clean Sweep (a bit major).

Apparently he can make this cart but he does not posses the ROM. I just downloaded a Pitcher's Duel ROM from get-your-rom.com. Emulating with Vecx.app and cannot figure out how to play the game. First I thought I was controlling it. But when I stopped pushing buttons, the baseball game proceeded without me. The ROM came in a zip file. Unzipping produces a .vec file.

Did you try working the controls for player 2? That's the only thing I can think of.
