I've designed a new controller adapter for using USB controllers with the Vectrex, which I call USBify Vectrex. It works with (official) PlayStation 3/4/5 controllers and should work with most PC-compatible controllers, joysticks, and mice. You can fully configure the button assignments, joystick inputs, and auto-fire. Bluetooth is also supported for PlayStation controllers using a USB Bluetooth dongle, but only some (older) dongles are supported and Bluetooth works best with just the PS3 controllers at the moment so I'm calling that experimental. These are the USB controllers/devices tested with it so far. As with the VecAdapt controller adapters for Mega Drive / Genesis controllers that I've been making for years, these are available from my online store or on Tindie and Ebay.

Very cool, did not know about this (I've been away from the 'scene' for a few months!) Just ordered one.

I'll have to get one. I have a fair amount of USB controllers that I could try as well.
