Experimental Custom Version of the Vectrex Analog Board

Greetings everyone!

I am currently tutoring a student who happens to have a very solid background in analog TV technology. He is also very interested in retro computers and retro computing. He aided in repairing one of my Vectrex consoles and afterwards started experimenting with a SCOPETREX board connected to the original Vectrex CRT and analog board. He then proposed to start working on creating his own "modern" replica version of the Vectrex analog board, and this here is what he has come up with so far:
