There's an auction up on ebay Australia for a copy of GCE Thrust. Long time collectors might know this item, but to me it is completely unknown. I thought that Thrust is a homebrew game? Already, bids are pretty high, is anyone here bidding? I've contacted the Australian seller and asked for detailed pictures. Once I get them, I'll post the photos, here. - Helmut

NOW what? Weird to have the Vec Fu oddity the other week, and now this.
My guess is maybe Dondiza changed the cover at some point? Because he's done that with Vector Vaders and the like.

Hmm, Vec Fu is o.k., but I can't imagine John manufacturing and sending out carton boxed games. Or perhaps he got really keen. Is it possible that the original homebrew author did a run of GCE editions? Perhaps the detailed photos will solve the riddle.

Is it possible that the original homebrew author did a run of GCE editions? Close. Ville had told me that he originally wanted to sell a limited edition version of the game and give the proceeds to charity, but he's only done the unlimited version of it.

I've just received an email reply with an image. The game comes with manual and overlay and looking at the picture the box is in very good condition: The Australian seller did send the pictures but didn't answer to my various questions (When and where did he get the game from?, Does he know the homebrew author personally?, ...). I'll definetely bid on this one...

No, he had told me that himself while we were spending time doing his page for the Vectrex wiki years ago, unless you mean he changed his mind only recently.
