All I know is Alex suffered physical problems, making it impossible for him to sit behind a computer screen. Anything else I don't know.. I suggest we don't speculate too much since things tend to start leading their own life. Main thing we really really would like to see A) Him getting well and B) programming Vectrex again Well crappy.. yeah.. I was sitting at a out of reach position in favour of a good camera angle, nearly died in the first seconds and can play it quite a bit further so.. yeah The beauty of this bonus game, because that's what it is, is it's simplicity and addictiveness. One of those 'ok, I'll try it one more time' games. That, and the very smooth animation and framerate, the moving face on Spike when he changes direction and when he dies (not well captured on vid), the spikes, original art, makes this a unique Vectrex game. From a collector's point of view it can be appreciated this was not released as it was written as part of the limited Protector edition. From a gamer's perspective this absolutely deserves to be shared and be played. I remember asking Alex about it. He replied he didn't think it was suitable for release as a standalone game but he might do something with it. I guess that turned out to be Man goes Down
