I have a number of overlays from them. They are very good now. The early ones needed a bit more intensification of colors but the current ones are just fine.

My experience with that seller wasn't good when I bought through ebay. Spike overlay coloring was horribly off though at least on the site it's shown how it actually is unlike the picture in the ebay auction. Said he would ship me a replacement after several emails back and forth and so I left positive feedback on ebay. Later I never received the replacement and never felt like dealing with it again.
If you have to pay high shipping I would suggest you stay away from that site as it's not worth it unless you have to have an overlay for some homebrew games. Otherwise try to get used overlays or even learn to make your own.
The overlays vectrexmad were selling looked good hope at some point he sells them again.

I'm a fan of Ed's work. I have all of his overlays, except for the old "originals", as I have all original overlays. Good guy & good product.

I love overlays and usually have one on when I'm playing Vectrex, and I'd say you definitely need to get a hold of some in order to have the full Vectrex experience. The priority overlays to have, in my opinion, are Web Wars and Pole Position. Both games are GREAT and both games are EVEN BETTER WITH THE OVERLAY.
I've never tried vectrexoverlays.com's overlays. But if I were you I would take the most direct rout to the two overlays that I named. If you can get a used original, that will be better than the laser printed, laminated reproduction. But maybe vectrexoverlays.com is really your quickest and cheapest option. If so, I think you should do it!
Also there is one must-have homebrew game that comes with a GREAT homebrew screen overlay - VECTOR PILOT. This (and Mr. Tuts' other game, Vectrexians) is the only authentic homebrew overlay that you can still buy, as far as I know. The Vector Pilot and Vectrexians overlays are real screen prints (like the original GCE overlays) with awesome saturated colors. THIS WOULD ALSO BE A GREAT PLACE TO START. The red background Vector Pilot overlay is pretty sweet. I use it for other homebrews too, like Space Fury. Seriously the colors are awesome.

I agree about the Vectrexians and Vector Pilot overlays. They are indeed awesome and they do an excellent job at colorizing the games. Vector Pilot has three different overlays to choose from and they are all cool.

I have bought a few from him with no problems! The only thing I dont like is the overlays are not very clear as seen in the pic. You have Vector Pilot on the right ( nice and clear look at the light) and Homebrew Vec Boxing on the left (Not to clear). But to give the games some color they work great!
