Because its not just a case of emulating a raster display, that's the easiest part. You need to emulate the processor and any other hardware etc. It would be a huge undertaking. There is a big difference between showing a single graphic and emulating a games system well enough so games could be played. I doubt we would see anything better than a Chip8 emulator on Vectrex and as the Revival Studios website says, it can't emulate chip8 fully...
