I was wondering if anyone had and if they were worth it. I know H. House has a playing time of several hours, having several things to find and various stuff to unlock. Actually it's only $20 at Target, it's just that when I get something new I want to immerse myself in it for hours, which I can't really do right now as I don't have my own place and it'd tie up the tv. Granted, I've got my own tv but not a Wii, as I don't have room for any other consoles right now. Just something to keep in mind though if one or both of these are worth it though.

Are these handhelds or plug and play?

No, they're actual discs/games for the Wii, I saw Haunted House at Target the other week. It was made by Atari. Don't know if Taito made Crazy Climber or some other company did (I can look it up but I'm being too lazy to right now).

That is fine VectorX. I just had no idea they were released. Thanks for the heads-up.

Yeah it's kind of odd (in my opinion) for those to be remade. I know Haunted House is a lot larger with unlockable stuff and you can earn ranks (I think). I saw a vid of Crazy Climber and the perspective is below the climber, rather than overhead-viewed.
Oh wait, why am I trying to describe it when I can just put up a video?
Nuts, it's in Japanese...might be a Japan-only release. I could be out of luck there.

Drat, just looked it up out of curiosity, it's Japan-only It was released in 2007, so I doubt it'll come out over here. The original was only a modest hit here too (probably due to the odd controls), so that's probably why. I saw on one site it got a 4.5 rating out of 5, so apparently they did a good job on it. Oh well, at least Haunted House is available here in the States.

Ha ha!
Yeah, they get a lot of the cool stuff that we don't, especially with RPGs...
Guess Imperial Palace is yours then, not sure where I'll go (shut up!).

I had heard that HH and CC had been remade but that is the first time I have seen evidence of it, I think I will stick with the original HH on A2600 and CC in mame lol.

You're usually better off with originals in general, although the trophies or whatever for Haunted House sounded good. (Surprised this old thread was bumped )
