Non-buzzing U. S. Vectrexes actually exist?!

I only just now realized today I got my Vectrex in 1984, it's one of the later versions where Mine Storm goes up to level 89, yet it STILL BUZZES.

How much later did a Vectrex have to BE so it wouldn't buzz, or was it the non-U. S. countries that only had the non-buzzing ones? (confused)

Mine buzzes so it clearly isn't one of those models.

Hmm, well I got it used so I don't quite know. I'd need to check the system for a manufacture date on it.

Mine also buzzes, and it's an European model (I don't know how old it is, but the starting screen says "GCE ENTERTAINING NEW IDEAS" even if it's written "MB" on the outside).
