That's what it read in one or more countries back in the day (the French versions, I think).

I think all my games say Cassette on the box and in the manuals which I always found odd as cassette tapes were what you played music from or Commodore/Spectrum games were loaded from. Are there European/MB boxes that say Cartridge?

I think all my games say Cassette on the box and in the manuals which I always found odd as cassette tapes were what you played music from or Commodore/Spectrum games were loaded from. Yeah I always thought that was weird too. Ignorant people saying things like "your Atari tapes" (when you had cartridges for your 2600!) is one thing, but those involved in the industry itself mislabeling those? That's a bit sad, unless I'm missing something...

And yeas, those cassette recorders coupled to the Spectrum were the Devil XD (because its "quickly and reliability") About your game, I just see your videos and for sure it looks great. Big Blue Cassette is a good example for all vec code-machine fans.

Yeah, the euro ones say "cassette". I always thought it was daft as by definition a cassette should contain magnetic tape.

I like somethings about MB versions and somethings about GCE versions, the Vectrex logo and reference to "cassette" is not one of them. I do like the fact that the manuals are larger and there is print on the overlay sleeves. However, if you want all the games that were made for the Vectrex ie, Pole Position, Star Castle, Melody Master, 3D Narrow Escape etc, they were only GCE. Just another reason why I lean toward GCE versions.
