Congrats to your new game, Der Luchs! Considering the two days it's a great effort and achievement. I confess that I very much prefer quality of game play to quantity of games, though. I'm glad that you had a speed coding goal for this game. It's nice but I agree with cnp. Itd add so much more playability spending a little more time on that one aspect. The games we revere most in the homebrew scene have so much thought into them and attention to replay value. +1 There's good reason that in most arcade games you don't have just one life/space ship but at least three: This way when playing, luck matters much less. And this is important to keep players motivated and throwing their coins in. Also highscores should be mainly a matter of skills and not so much of luck. Just my 2 cents...
